Kim was amazing, thoughtful, caring, compassionate, and her expertise in real estate was a true blessing. She exceeded my expectations, and takes her role seriously. We had a seamless closing that was quick and easy! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I contacted Carol within days of moving to Atlanta (relocated for a job). We were staying in a hotel and needed to find a more permanent place to live quickly. We gave Carol all of our criteria (and even though we couldn't afford to be picky, we were!). Within a few hours, we received a list of available places that met our criteria and Carol talked us through the process in Atlanta. Carol also helped us narrow down our location search as we had no idea about which areas would be good for us. We viewed a handful of places, and when we finally found a house we loved, Carol helped us negotiate the rent down and added a few more things into the offer (new carpet being one of them). We plan to buy a house within the year and, although moving is a stressful process, at least finding a good real estate agent isn't part of the stress.

Carol Moson is most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. When representing my husband and I, we trusted her judgment and representation totally. After selling our home in another city, We were looking for a nice home to rent until we decided in which area of town we wanted to relocate. We would both highly recommend her to handle any Real Estate transaction for us at any time. Looking forward to working with her again in the future. Sincerely, Diane Swofford
