Steve went the extra mile for me. I was moving from Decatur into the city of Atlanta and wanted a condo but had no idea what kind of condo I wanted. Steve must have shown me 20 or more properties, ranging from mid-rise, high-rise, townhome style condos before I finally settled on a loft. We spent weeks and travelled all over the city. When I decided on the unit, he successfully negotiated through a bidding war on my first choice. He also agreed to meet me at the loft on more than one occasion so that a contractor could see the unit to give me an estimate regarding work to be done. My closing went very smoothly without any last minute issues or problems. I would use Steve again and would highly recommend him. He did a great job for me!
