His can-do attitude, tenacity and warmth made him personable and made us feel completely at ease from the start. He was just as accessible through the entire process as he was on day one and never wavered in providing impeccable service, even after “business hours” and on weekends. We were all fortunate to find the perfect house after going to look at just three homes, a reflection of just how keen he was on our criteria. Once we put our offer in that evening, his determination really began to shine through! Ross helped us fight through a few bumps in the road, soothe any of our worries through the most anxious parts of the home buying process and gave great handyman advice that will help save us serious money (and as a first time home buyer, every bit helps!) Ross got us into our first home today after only a month of preparation and deliberation between all the parties involved and we couldn’t be happier! If you’re looking for someone that knows the area, has a straightforward mindset and an affable personality, you can’t go wrong with this guy!

But Rob was more than willing to work at our pace, teaching us everything we needed to know without any hint of judgement for the gaps in our knowledge. Even from the first meeting, I felt better knowing we had someone as apt as Rob to guide us. His friendly demeanor and wealth of knowledge made us feel like we had a secret weapon against the unknown. But even then, I didn’t realize just how pivotal choosing him as our agent would turn out.

Our loan officer even commented that Rob’s handling of our unique situation was “just right”. Our homeowner friends routinely warned how stressful buying a home can be. But in our case, that couldn’t have been further from the truth; Rob made the process exciting, steered us away from potential complications, and made us feel confident in moving forward at every step. I have no doubt that the primary reason we enjoyed the process and were successful in the end was that we had the right agent for us. While we’re overwhelmingly satisfied with our new home and don’t plan on moving any time soon, I will only turn to Rob Opitz if I need an agent in the area in which he operates in the future. I can't say enough great things about Rob!
