I was a first time home buyer so I was worried, stressed, and confused as to what to do, expect, and so many other things. Matt solved every single problem that I had, relieved every worry, and made this a very streamlined process for me. He often went outside of his scope and would advise on things even outside of his own wheelhouse. When a lender was completely unavailable, he handled the situation. When we didn’t know where to begin, he showed us the way. When we didn’t know so many things, he was immediately solving the problems and sometimes before we even had them. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. He wasn’t just a realtor, he was a friend, a guide, and everything we’ve needed.

We found Amanda when I posted on a Facebook page about needing an agent. We were long distance, so it’s a little harder when you don’t know anyone in the area. What a blessing to have found Amanda! She is excellent at what she does – she knows all the ways today to check out the property you’re interested in, and goes above and beyond to get you the information you need. She is patient and caring, and always willing to show you however many houses it takes until you find the perfect house. We trusted her so much that we put a bid on a house that we never saw in person! But she did a video walk-through, and she knew what we were looking for, so when we saw it in person fell in love with it. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda – she is just the best!

Angelina was very thoughtful when putting together the plan to find my home. She listened to me and showed me the type of places I wanted to look at.
