My family and I moved from Oregon to Savannah, moving across country to a place you've never lived (or even visited) is definitely challenging and honestly a bit scary. Elaine was SO good with answering all of our questions, chatting about all of our concerns and sharing her love of Savannah w/ us to help us transition to our new city. She worked late, she stayed in contact at all times with us step by step and really did a great job helping us to buy our new home.

During our home-buying experience, Joel was absolutely amazing. Never once did he push us or encourage us to buy a house that was wrong for us or that we were not sure about. He got two homes under contract for us when we were not the highest bidder (we bought one of them). He also pointed out things about homes that he didn't like (big things that would make resale hard). Joel always considered the exit plan with every home we considered. Joel and his team are extremely prompt with texts and phone calls. To this day, 9 months later, I can still text him and get a prompt response.
