Cheri Cherry for did a great job helping us find our new house. The entire process went smoothly and Cheri is a very pleasant person to be around. She was always very responsive, forthright to our questions, patient with us, and kept us on track as we reviewed properties until we found one that suited. We would certainly like to have her as our agent when we buy our next property.

After receiving a job offer out of state, my family had very little time to plan for our move. Chad was referred to me by our mortgage company, and honestly, we couldn’t have been more happy with him! As I had to leave the state for the new job, Chad took it upon himself to assist us in getting our house ready to sell. When contractors needed to access our property for repairs, Chad was there to oversee and check everything. When our contractors failed to meet requirements, Chad procured reliable help to complete the repairs. He quickly responded to our email calls and text messages, and answered all of our questions promptly. Also, thanks to him, we got above our initial asking price. Provided the opportunity, we would definitely use his service and expertise in the future!

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us!
