Cheri Cherry for did a great job helping us find our new house. The entire process went smoothly and Cheri is a very pleasant person to be around. She was always very responsive, forthright to our questions, patient with us, and kept us on track as we reviewed properties until we found one that suited. We would certainly like to have her as our agent when we buy our next property.

Brad was a true Agent for our family in this process that included four transactions (three sales and one purchase) over three years. The need was to move aging parents into a single home for full time care. This particular property was part of a complicated Estate process in a competitive market area. Brad was able to help us get the property into the right shape and presentation for sale, navigated multiple offers and buyer requests, and arrived at a closing that was better than expected and perfect for our needs. His professionalism, compassion, and understanding helped our family through this challenging time period and brought this to a successful conclusion.
