Julie was amazing during the whole home buying procress. She works wonders and answers questions quickly. Julie even dealt with me asking hundreds of questions since I've never had done this process before. The process went very smooth throughout the whole time. So excited and I highly recommend her to anyone, whether you are a first time buyer, or moving across the country after doing this process before. While there were several hiccups in getting the sale completed Viola persevered, doing everything in her power to get the sale closed. The response below on the sale price had to do with the appraisals not Viola.
