Has a great knowledge of rabun county and highlands area. Gave us a great tour of the mountains and lakes and definitely knows all the short cuts and back roads. He also has great advice on restaurants and cafes. Nick also knows the trails and took us on a morning sunrise hike on the Appalachian trail and then a sunset walk to rabun balls on the Bartram trail. He loves to trout fishing and knows all the great streams from overflow creek to Coleman river and wildcat creek. He is also an avid boater and took us for a early morning fishing trip on beautiful lake rabun. Then took us on a gorgeous sunset cruise on the pontoon on lake Burton. Works hard to find properties and homes to match his clients needs. He loves golfing and we played 18 @ beautiful skyvalley country club. Hits weak fade, putting is mediocre. Thinks he is Brooke Keopka.

After setting my goal to buy my 1st investment property by age 21, my agent, Robin Glass, understood the mission and relentlessly sought and toured homes with me that met the requirements- good location, affordable, and profitable long term! I am very thankful for her wisdom and vision, which comes from years of experience- as well a her kind, nurturing, and faithful spirit. Mrs.Robin is an excellent agent in so many ways!

We had been in our home for 25 years and Skye helped us with every aspect of selling our home for top dollar in a competitive marketplace. He helped us with de-cluttering, staging, etc. and even brought his realtor colleagues in to our home to evaluate which of their clients would be interested in our property. If we lived in the area still, we would definitely use Skye for future sales and purchasing. We highly recommend SKYE !!!

Bernard was my realtor when I purchased my first home 7 yrs ago and when I was ready to sell it, there was no question of who I wanted as my realtor. Bernard somehow made the selling experience as pleasant and tolerable as the purchasing experience. He is very knowledgeable on the process and was always available for whenever I reached out..which was alot. His communication was detailed and consistent and left little room for me to question what was happening within the process. I really appreciated his patience and overall professionalism throughout the process. There is no question of who I will be reaching out to when I'm ready to make my next purchase. Here's a polished version of your testimonial: Bernard was my realtor when I purchased my first home seven years ago, so when it came time to sell, there was no question about who I wanted to work with. He somehow made the selling experience just as pleasant and stress-free as the buying process. Bernard is extremely knowledgeable and guided me through every step of the transaction. He was always available whenever I reached out—which was often—and consistently provided detailed updates and clear communication. Because of his responsiveness and transparency, I always knew what was happening and felt confident throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated his patience, professionalism, and dedication. Bernard went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Without a doubt, he will be the first person I call when I'm ready to purchase my next home.
