He also has great advice on restaurants and cafes. Nick also knows the trails and took us on a morning sunrise hike on the Appalachian trail and then a sunset walk to rabun balls on the Bartram trail. He loves to trout fishing and knows all the great streams from overflow creek to Coleman river and wildcat creek. He is also an avid boater and took us for a early morning fishing trip on beautiful lake rabun. Then took us on a gorgeous sunset cruise on the pontoon on lake Burton. Works hard to find properties and homes to match his clients needs. He loves golfing and we played 18 @ beautiful skyvalley country club. Hits weak fade, putting is mediocre. Thinks he is Brooke Keopka.

Shareen, was amazing and discussed the process in detail so I was not suprised when the little things popped up such as getting the home inspected and the amount of time it took to go through underwriting. She was always available when I called and also explained the homestead exemption and the process to apply for it.
