From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. She even got him some galoshes for one showing when he was flying in from NY to GA to see a property. - She is not over-confident. I sooo appreciate that she was able to share resources (including expert contacts) when we needed them and that she will chew on a dilemma before offering a solution or suggestion. - She has integrity.
