Kyle and his team have done several jobs for us and everything has been perfect. We added hardwoods to our master bedroom and bathroom and retiled the shower. In our kitchen, we had the island repainted, counters replaced, backsplash replaced and a custom cabinet built to complete our ‘am/pm bar’. They also put hardwoods in our powder bath. Our home only had a 2-car garage, so they built us an architecturally correct detached garage to match our modern farmhouse…the garage is amazing. Finally, we had bought a 3-acre lot to build a house but decided to buy our current farmhouse instead. Kyle did a great job and the lot received an offer in 4- weeks after languishing for a year with a different realtor. So glad we got Kyle on the job! Working with Jessica was nothing less than a wonderful experience! She was very responsive and if she did not know an answer to a question she made sure to get that answer as soon as possible. With the market being very competitive houses were flying off the market left and right but she was able to source a house before it hit the market so we were fortunate enough to not have to feel rushed or stressed about having to deal with other offers on the table.
