Laila is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and down to earth. When she shows a house, she’s always punctual and professional and other agents know she means business. She’s very aware of what’s going on in the market here in the entire metro area and was patient with us as we were trying to figure out what we wanted. Even with a family of her own, she always made time for us with our millions of questions and was always as pleasant and cordial as can be...like I was talking to someone in my family. Now that we have our home, I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else negotiating for us. She got us everything we wanted which wasn’t easy in this market.
