Katie was amazing!! We had a very specific wish list for our new house and had a house to sell and Katie executed both our purchase and sale perfectly! We were able to close on both houses on the same day and Katie helped us line everything up. She was so responsive, incredibly knowledgeable and put up with all of our drama and unreasonable requests. :-) Highly recommend her to any buyer or seller.
