When contractors needed to access our property for repairs, Chad was there to oversee and check everything. When our contractors failed to meet requirements, Chad procured reliable help to complete the repairs. He quickly responded to our email calls and text messages, and answered all of our questions promptly. Also, thanks to him, we got above our initial asking price. Provided the opportunity, we would definitely use his service and expertise in the future!

He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us!
