After receiving a job offer out of state, my family had very little time to plan for our move. When contractors needed to access our property for repairs, Chad was there to oversee and check everything. When our contractors failed to meet requirements, Chad procured reliable help to complete the repairs. He quickly responded to our email calls and text messages, and answered all of our questions promptly. Also, thanks to him, we got above our initial asking price.
