Kathy Pollock was absolutely phenomenal as our Realtor. She helped us coordinate two closings on the same day, only two hours apart, and it went seamlessly. There are so many important details and necessary steps with buying and selling homes and she guided us through the process extremely well. Kathy got to know us enough to know when it was critical to contact us with “problems” and also to know when to wait to see if an issue resolved on its own. This kept our anxiety levels in check and was greatly appreciated. We hope that we won’t need to move again anytime soon, but if the need arises, we would ask Kathy to help.
