Grace was ( is ) just fabulous in helping us find a new home and selling our old home. We had lived in our home 43 years and I had no idea how to go about selling or buying a home. Grace came through with flying colors. She was so knowledgeable about the marketplace and where I didn't think our house would sell right away it's sold in one day with three offers. She helped us through this process as if it was nothing. But to me it was overwhelming. She calmed us down kept us in line and we got it done in record time. She knows these Cobb market like the back of her hand. And even when we went into West Cobb to look at homes she was very knowledgeable. She is smart funny and very positive. Scott gave us frequent updates on neighborhood properties for sale and prospective buyers that viewed our house.
