Michelle Ivester is an agent that has been through ups and downs of real estate. She is very spot on when it comes to the market. We have sold 3 homes and purchased 2 homes with her. If we did not move out of state we would have been on our third home purchase with her as well. Michelle is someone who will answer all questions, reply quickly, and will be up front with any concerns you may have. Michelle thinks ahead of the curve and looks at all possibilities and scenarios that could potentially occur when buying or selling a home. We would recommend her to anyone over and over!!! Over the years she has become part of the family.

I was recommended to use Rob and that was the best decision I made! Walked me through every step in thorough detail, negotiated and actually got me the max concessions! Made the process a dream come true and I’m forever grateful.

Purchased this house as a fix and flip. Christie started helping me the day I purchased it and as soon as I was done, she had it on the market and got me a full price offer on it within weeks. Can't recommend Christie enough, she is a master of her craft.
