Not only is she prompt to respond to communications & questions, or to execute contracts - her skill level is vast and she is a wonderful resource. We had several hang-ups throughout the process, stressful time frame deadlines with inspections, then lost a few contracts, and got discouraged. I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.
