Colman was Excellent to work with! We found him by accident looking in a subdivision we were interested in. Colman is very patient, understanding, and answers the phone. We were appreciative of his knowledge of the are we purchased in (Cartersville). Thank you Colman for all your help. We would absolutely work with Colman again and are happy to offer him as a recommendation for anyone looking for a great real estate agent.

I recently worked with this Agent to buy a home, and while there were some positives, there were also a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, she is friendly and approachable, which made the initial stages of home hunting pleasant. They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.

My wife and I recently used Amy Best to sell a home, and purchase another, which was a foreclosure & bank owned. Her experience & complete WEALTH of knowledge in the real estate field is unmatched and unparalleled, bar none!!! Not only is she prompt to respond to communications & questions, or to execute contracts - her skill level is vast and she is a wonderful resource. We had several hang-ups throughout the process, stressful time frame deadlines with inspections, then lost a few contracts, and got discouraged. However, her upbeat nature, determination & perseverance kept us going! She was always right there. In just a short time, we felt like we had known her for years. If you truly do want the BEST realtor, I highly advise you to contact Amy Best. She earned this review by being amazing & outstanding! Oh, she practices in multiple states and areas as well. Thanks again Amy, you rock!!
