I have to start by saying that we had been looking for almost 3 months with various real estate agents as we were looking in multiple areas of the Atlanta area. We met Zach as an agent representing a property his team has listed. Immediately Zach was easy to talk to, understood our needs clearly and was ready to jump in and help us find the perfect home for us. Zach went above and beyond on so many ways, from power viewing 6 homes in one day to lining up contractors, running down agents and providing mentor contacts. He is truly one of a kind find in this crazy real estate market. He has extended experience on a family of traitors and knows the market and many neighborhoods in the Atlanta area. I would highly reccomend Zach as a buyer or seller agent because he does his homework, is well prepared and has many connections in the housing industry. We found the perfect home for us and he would not give up until we found it!
