I had an approved renovation loan and man was the process laborious. From touring the properties, the HUD Consultant Reviews, to the inspections, to the strategy with the lender, securing an accepted offer...William was quite knowledgeable, honest, and patient. He would point out red flags of the home, aggressive in drafting and submitting my offers timely to get ahead of the competition and he was not self-centered. She created a comprehensive punch list helping us prioritize goals and provided constant, almost daily updates and addressed our questions promptly. Amanda is a soft spoken Georgia Bell that goes hard for you and get you the house you want. She will send you 50 houses a day and then say, ok let's go take a look at them. She comes with fact, details and honest opinions. She will find you that hard to find house with all your most haves. I highly recommend her.

They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.
