With over 20 years of experience and a brokerage license, she is exceptionally more qualified than any other realtor we’ve encountered. Our faith in realtors was restored by Audrey after a disappointing experience with previous realtors. who were just out to maximize their commissions, but Audrey proved to be the exception. Her professionalism combined with her warm and personable demeanor is exceptional. From the start, Audrey impresses with her thoroughly detailed approach. She created a comprehensive punch list helping us prioritize goals and provided constant, almost daily updates and addressed our questions promptly. Her meticulous and methodical nature, combined with her alpha personality, made her a formidable advocate for our interests. She demonstrated a high level of fiduciary responsibility and was relentless in dealing with challenges. One notable instance was her handling of a difficult sale caused by the buyer's ineffective realtor and loan officer. Audrey pressed hard to ensure that they fulfilled their obligations, which ultimately saved our deal. Additionally, her innovative pricing strategy, while initially counterintuitive, proved effective in maximizing our sale. We utilized a great program called Homeward, which allowed us to buy our new home with cash before selling our old one. Although we didn’t use Homeward’s loan option and instead found a local loan expert who offered superior rates, the Homeward program itself was a game-changer. In summary, Audrey is a gentle beast of a realtor—competent, compassionate, and incredibly effective.

I recently worked with this Agent to buy a home, and while there were some positives, there were also a few challenges that impacted my overall experience. Firstly, she is friendly and approachable, which made the initial stages of home hunting pleasant. They were always willing to show me various properties and were quite responsive to my calls and emails, which I appreciated. However, it became apparent that she is relatively new to the real estate industry. This lack of experience showed in a few critical areas. The lender recommended were not very professional or reliable. There were delays in communication. As far as the inspector recommended, I felt their inspections were not thorough enough, leading to some unexpected issues after moving in. While I believe she has potential and a good attitude, they would benefit from building more experience and networking with more professional service providers. For buyers looking for a seamless and smooth process, I would suggest considering these aspects before making a decision. Overall, she is dedicated and personable, but with some areas that need improvement. I hope to see them grow and refine their skills in the future.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us!
