We have utilized Duane to represent us as both a buyer and seller on multiple properties over a number of years. Duane is very responsive to our communications and is excellent on following up with anybody that is impeding the process. This last property had been under contract multiple times and we finally got it closed at a price within our acceptable range. We'll certainly use him again for any transactions requiring a realtor.

This was a stressful situation because I was selling my Mom’s house to help pay for her assisted living. The first meeting, Dee Dee was professional and very honest with what to expect as far as price. Throughout the process, Dee Dee communicated with me the entire time.
