Working with Timarra Harris made my first time home buying experience the smoothes process ever! She was patient and explained everything to me when I had questions or did not understand the verbiage on the contracts. She was available every time I reached out to her for a viewing. She also had the eye to look for problems with the HVAC system, roofing, water leaks and other potential major repairs. She walked me through each step of the process, as well as assisted with a list if home inspection companies and contractors. She kept in contact with the seller's agent and worked hard to negotiate repairs with them and was able to get them to commit to fixing more than half of the repairs recommended on the home inspection report, which was a life saver for me! Timarra felt like family throughout the entire process and I am truly greatful for the opportunity to work with her.

I had the pleasure of working with Tabitha Daniels, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and dedication. From start to finish, Tabitha went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful home-buying experience. She was proactive in every aspect—coordinating with the lender, ensuring the loan was processed efficiently, and making sure we reached the closing table without delays. Her attention to detail, consistent communication, and genuine care for her clients’ best interests truly set her apart. I even appreciated the thoughtful gesture of taking time out to connect over lunch. I highly recommend Tabitha Daniels to anyone seeking a realtor who combines expertise with exceptional client service.

Cristi was patient with me and the multiple offer process I experienced. Her knowledge, guidance and laughter were important parts of my experience. She gave me multiple options which I loved. She made herself available with my early rising or out late in houses that didn't have power. Whether it was new construction, renovated or a remodel she provided guidance. Hands down great experience.
