I don't usually write reviews but felt I really needed to in this case. My wife & I reached out to and spoke with a number of realtors when we were looking to purchase again in GA. We don't typically use realtors in our real estate transactions...but thank God will found Kiki. I promise you she's not your typical realtor! She doesn't just send you listings & paperwork, she works with you every step of the way. Her customer service skills go way above & beyond. She's very patient, caring, and her light truly shines through from the moment you meet her. We met as strangers but have become returning clients, and friends. Thanks Kiki..!

Linda was patient and kind throughout the entire process. We began our search almost a year (11 months) before we finally closed on our dream home. Nicole is amazing!!! Nicole has helped my husband and me with 4 homes for our family. It all started with being a newly engaged couple and Nicole being our leasing agent. She was so warm it was easy bonding with her. She was so patient with us and we had no idea what we were doing for getting our 1st place together. She has never ever pressured us, in fact, she ALWAYS makes sure multiple times and in multiple scenarios that we are getting the right home for us, in the right place, and for the fairest price. If she doesn’t like a house for us, while she will show it to us she definitely tells us her opinion. She is so honest and we appreciate that our happiness has always been her top priority. She’s always been right because she knows her business. Many people at many dinner parties have tried to give us their agent or to become our agent. NEVER!! If I can't work with Nicole, I'm just not going to be certain that someone is working for what is best for my family. This most recent time we were both buyers and sellers. She told us her professional opinion on how to list for multiple offers. It was tough and frankly not what we wanted to hear. But she was honest and most importantly, yet again, she was right! We had 13 showings in our first 24-48 hours. The first 3 were scheduled within our 1st hour on the market! We had a pending deal, over asking price, with a back-up offer after less than 3 days on the market!! For our dream home, we ended up beating out other offers and still managing to have a great deal we were beyond happy with! If you aren't working with Nicole and her team, you're simply buying real estate wrong. Nicole knows!
