In the interim, he’s helped me locate various contractors since I was new to the town. Long story short, he’s always been reliable and professional in all our interactions. He has literally gone out of his way to help me get the home ready for sale … locating contractors to install new carpet, interior painting, even chalking and cleaning the tiles himself in the showers…. above and beyond.
