I just closed ( sale ) on my property, which I owned for close to 17 years. Patrick actually was the realtor I used when it was purchased. In the interim, he’s helped me locate various contractors since I was new to the town. Long story short, he’s always been reliable and professional in all our interactions. He has literally gone out of his way to help me get the home ready for sale … locating contractors to install new carpet, interior painting, even chalking and cleaning the tiles himself in the showers…. above and beyond. I highly recommend Patrick O’Malley!

Susan is a Rockstar. She is without a doubt the best real estate agent in Atlanta. This was my first time buying a house and Susan went above and beyond to make sure I was going to be happy with my decision. I love my new house, and appreciate the amount of time and effort that Susan put in to help me with this purchase. I did not make it easy on her. Together, we looked at around 30-40 houses together before I found something I liked. She is persistent, extremely knowledgeable, understands her buyers needs, and isn't afraid to tell you when something isn't right.
