She also had no problem being persistent when necessary. - She is willing to get her hands (and clothes) dirty. My husband is our inspector due to his construction background, and Bianca climbed into dusty attics and dank crawl spaces, slogged through the jungle of a yard during a rainstorm, and proactively brought tools! She even got him some galoshes for one showing when he was flying in from NY to GA to see a property. - She is not over-confident. I sooo appreciate that she was able to share resources (including expert contacts) when we needed them and that she will chew on a dilemma before offering a solution or suggestion. - She has integrity. I've known Bianca since 1995, and she is as authentic today as she was then---just a little older and wiser---and just as beautiful inside and out.
