Lynnie was knowledgeable about the market. She was with me helping me make decisions even when I wasn’t sure what to do.

From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

First time home buyer. My experience in the home buying process was excellent due to Adams hard work and keeping me in the loop and up to date on everything. Adam is a true professional and will get you in your dream home. Very knowledgeable of the home buying market as well as getting you the right deal with little to no closing costs. From the beginning until closing Cindy was very professional and took care of all of my needs. When we first walked the property she pointed out areas that could be fixed to increase the sale of my home. I followed her advice and my house sold for above asking. She was very helpful and had great communication the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, she was perfect.

Carol was more than an outstanding real estate agent—she was patient, persistent, caring, and completely committed to us every step of the way, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

We highly recommend Debi Smith with Atlanta Communities, Brookhaven. From our first meeting to our closing date Debi worked hard to help us find just the right property to fit our needs. Through every step of the process she was able answer every question and help us negotiate the best price. If you’re looking for a passionate realtor with decades of experience, choose Debi Smith!
