She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Also, she negotiated well the price for the house that I sold to be able to purchase my new condo. She is really good at planning activities related to selling and purchasing homes, I closed on my sale on Friday and closed on my new condo the following Monday. I was able to smoothly complete both transactions allowing me to get enough time to move from one place to the other. It took me only 2 weeks to sell my old house and I had a total of 6 offers because of her professionalism and great negotiation skills. I can't say more than great things about Guillermina! Highly recommended. She will guide you to live where you want to live!
