I was the buyer, and she was the seller’s agent. Even though she wasn’t representing me, she went above and beyond to help me. She provided valuable information about getting a loan, took the time to explain the entire process, and was incredibly helpful throughout. After closing, she even gave me a gift to congratulate me on my first home. The process was fast and easy, and although I didn’t have a real estate agent of my own, she earned my trust and respect through her professionalism and kindness. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

She knew the market very well...she knew about interest rates, she knew about how the market swings, she knew what every document was, she knew and understood exactly what was required or requested of me, and, she 'quided' me through the entire process; she taught me, she answered every question I asked, she pushed to get me everything I asked for or needed that was in my best interest; she even knew about 'timelines' of getting things submitted. Deidra was very patient when I had questions, concerns, or anxieties about the process, or, when I would change my mind about what I wanted or didn't want, yet, she did not 'push'!
