Cheryl was our agent that became a great friend! She is personable and very knowledgeable in what she does. She was on top of everything and reacted to any issues or questions that came up during the sale of our home. We thought some of the recommendations for preparing the house to go on the market was sort of crazy but guess what she's the expert and knows what she's talking about, it worked!! Cheryl's dedication to selling our home was hands down AMAZING! There was a time when she could not be there, but she was there 100% checking in, calling the other agent if needed etc. she was determined to get the job done! I cannot begin to explain how great of a realtor Becky is! We are a military family, are currently stationed 12 hours away, and had never purchased a home before. Becky was so patient in explaining the whole process of purchasing a house! Because we were not close, she was our critical eye when viewing houses and would take videos with detailed explanation of everything. She was so very kind and thorough with it all.
