Real estate teams in GA, 30217

Working with Larry Smith was very welcoming. He understood it was my first home purchase and I had certain needs. He was willing to help me find the best place for me and my family. Even though it was not a quick sale for him, he continued to give excellent service.

I wanted an agent who knew the area well, and Mary Ann and Larry were the perfect ones for that purpose. They knew the market in the area where I was looking and kept me informed of real estate arriving on the market. They listened to every aspect of even casual conversations to understand the lifestyle I desired to build. Ultimately, they aided me in finding a house I love in the perfect area of town…just what I was looking for!

Larry has been helping me twice on buying the properties I wanted. He is professional, knowledgeable and honest. I am happy working with him and truly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good RE agent.
