Dylan was easy to work with who possesses a laid back personality that worked well facilitating communication with the home builder. Dylan was always responsive and picked up my phone calls almost every time I called. If wasn't available, he immediately texted and said he would call me back asap. I think he did a fine job doing his responsibility and part in the building of a new construction home and closing.

We were on the fence as to whether we wanted to buy land and build or look for an existing house. A few really pretty houses came across my Facebook feed and two of the ones were listed by the Wylie Team. I messaged Stacey about our interest in touring both houses on Thursday or Friday. I received an immediate response that an agent would call the following day. Jayme called me the next morning and we set up to meet Sunday after church to see both properties. The owner of the home we ended up purchasing showed us their home the same day since the listing agent was under the weather. We reached out to Jayme to represent us as we were interested in the last house we looked at. We had not even looked into loans or approval yet. Jayme put us in touch with Cynthia Hall of Guild Mortgage since she had experience with VA loans. By the following week, Cynthia had us approved for a VA loan and we were able to put in an offer on the house Tuesday. After a counteroffer, we accepted, we were under contract. One month later, we closed on the house and it all smooth as butter, to quote Jayme. It has been a great experience for us and we are so thankful for Jayme and the Wylie Team, Cynthia Hall and her team at Guild Mortgage, and Molly Jones and her team at McMahan Jones, LLC for making this such a wonderful experience!

Jayme was smart, had the answers we were looking for, and always picked up the phone when we needed something. I definitely recommend and would go with her again!
