This top notch professional often burns midnight oil and works seemingly tirelessly every day. She is extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable about not only property and real estate laws, but also home construction and architectural design. Basically, she knows what sells and what doesn’t. Her advice is golden and her persona is so gracious as she works her magic in satisfying both seller and buyer. Jodi was recommended to us by a friend and she exceeded all of our expectations! She’s a very hard worker and went above and beyond in helping us navigate the process to close. There were plenty of hurdles in the process, and Jodi helped us overcome them step by step by thinking outside the box.
