Lola has helped us sell two houses for us and is currently helping us buy a new house. She never ceases to amaze with her hard work and positive attitude. It's hard to write a review that does not sound like an exaggeration, because she really is great. We sold my mother's house through her two years ago, amd when we decided to upgrade houses this year, we didn't consider any other going through anyone else. She has become a family friend.

We were assigned to Max through my new employer's partnered relocation company, and we could not have been randomly paired with a better realtor. With us not being familiar with the area to begin with, Max was able to quickly and effectively work out our desired qualities in a home and the area it would be in, and began suggesting properties to look at. We went under contract on an initial property, but unfortunately the inspection came back with some major issues we did not want to proceed with, and Max helped us every step of the way with clear communication. Once we found the perfect property, he professionally handled every step up through closing without hiccups. Working with Deidra Willingham (Village Premiere Realty) was a very rewarding experience!! Deidra's market knowledge, her communication, and her professionalism went above what I expected. She knew the market very well...she knew about interest rates, she knew about how the market swings, she knew what every document was, she knew and understood exactly what was required or requested of me, and, she 'quided' me through the entire process; she taught me, she answered every question I asked, she pushed to get me everything I asked for or needed that was in my best interest; she even knew about 'timelines' of getting things submitted. Deidra was very patient when I had questions, concerns, or anxieties about the process, or, when I would change my mind about what I wanted or didn't want, yet, she did not 'push'!
