Cheryl was our agent that became a great friend! She is personable and very knowledgeable in what she does. She was on top of everything and reacted to any issues or questions that came up during the sale of our home. We thought some of the recommendations for preparing the house to go on the market was sort of crazy but guess what she's the expert and knows what she's talking about, it worked!! Cheryl's dedication to selling our home was hands down AMAZING! There was a time when she could not be there, but she was there 100% checking in, calling the other agent if needed etc. she was determined to get the job done! Angelina was very thoughtful when putting together the plan to find my home. She listened to me and showed me the type of places I wanted to look at. Her knowledge of the homes in any area was extensive which allowed me to go to the homes I would consider. I would use her services again and recommend her to all my friends and family.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10

Maria was available anytime by phone, by text, whenever I had questions she had answers. She is a perfectionist and it shows in how she presented our house, the wording in the ad for the house. She has fresh ideas and works very hard to get the job done correctly!
