I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

Shareen, was amazing and discussed the process in detail so I was not suprised when the little things popped up such as getting the home inspected and the amount of time it took to go through underwriting. She was always available when I called and also explained the homestead exemption and the process to apply for it. She took her time to make sure that I was comfortable with the decision and that I aware of my options. I would recommend Mrs. Hicks to anyone looking to purchase their home

Cheryl was our agent that became a great friend! She is personable and very knowledgeable in what she does. She was on top of everything and reacted to any issues or questions that came up during the sale of our home. We thought some of the recommendations for preparing the house to go on the market was sort of crazy but guess what she's the expert and knows what she's talking about, it worked!! Alena was very knowledgeable about the market, and communicative throughout the process. She had numerous contacts with local contractors that greatly helped us.

Gina Sharma was an excellent agent. The whole process was tough but she kept her calm and push through to make the sale happen. I don't think I would have the cool calm and professionalism she displayed going through that long length of time this took.
