My most recent experience with Susan was for the sale of my Alpharetta townhome. She patiently walks me through every step from a pre listing meeting to the close. Everything I asked her help with she came through with advice on staging, pricing and contract negotiations. I can recommend Susan without reservation for both buying and selling property!

I've had a wonderful experience working with Kelly on selling my house. As a first time home seller, I had many questions. She answered almost all of my questions instantly. She guided me through the entire selling process from start to finish. I just follow her guidance. We had an offer the first day and sold in 3 days. I couldn't believe it. I'm very pleased with her service. Thank you Kelly.

Jennifer is the absolute best! I contacted her after I got pre-approved for a mortgage and the 1st day she sent me some listings, I found a house, went to see it, put in an offer, seller signed and we closed all within 30 days!! She is professional, always available to answer my questions and guided me through the entire process. It was the most pleasant experience with her as my guide. She always followed up and even today a month after closing she still checks with me to see if I need anything or have any questions. I will use her again in a heartbeat if I ever decide to sell and buy another house. She is the best ever and you can’t go wrong with Jennifer Grieve. Thank you so very much Jennifer!!!!!!!
