My experience with Everette took me in many directions in this volatile housing market. However, all roads led back to success! Everette and I worked in tandem by effectively communicating goals & timeline. Once the goals & timeline were established Everette began to remove barriers by utilizing his resources & contacts to ensure that I had access to all properties that I expressed interest in within a very short timeframe. As a result, I was able to effectively view properties of interest fairly quickly as well as coordinate with Everette to submit many strategic bids. It was this tenacity and commitment that Everette maintained throughout the process that helped me to win the bid for my new home & sale my previous home for at a competitive price; all within a months time! I trusted Everette with my goal & he partnered with me and not only met my goal but he also exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend him for your next sale and/or purchase..
