We thought we would have to delay, but Brad said he would show us the houses anyway. We marched through snow to all 4 houses. That day, we ended up buying the house we now call home. Another realtor may have canceled, and I might not have purchased such a nice house for my family. His team was excellent as well. They were courteous and prompt with emails and they helped walk us through all the paperwork. There was always someone to email, text, or talk to if we needed help.
