Going through our home before putting on the market, Toni provide terrific insight on what to spend money in preparation of our home. We would have spent money on house selling preparation that would not have impacted the selling of our home. She was very responsive to questions. In addition, she has a polite but direct way of keeping us on track with important details and discussions. She checked to a few times to assure or house was appropriately priced in are market and we closed our house well within the price range that was determined.

Dan was able to fully understand the needs of my wife and I for our future home. Then with his vast knowledge of the current market and the various conditions affecting it and our personal needs from the configuration of the house itself to other factors like our budget and additional features of the home/community, Dan was able to find us a home that was a perfect fit for us.

Beverly helped us find our first home 7 years ago and the process even back then went so smooth. She was so amazing that we knew she would be the one to help us find our second home (7 years later)! She takes the time to listen to your needs/wants in a home and goes out of her way to make sure she can find the best choices out there for you. I even told her that I was interested in a few neighborhoods and she went above and beyond to send out postcards to the homes in each neighborhood!
