From touring the properties, the HUD Consultant Reviews, to the inspections, to the strategy with the lender, securing an accepted offer...William was quite knowledgeable, honest, and patient. He would point out red flags of the home, aggressive in drafting and submitting my offers timely to get ahead of the competition and he was not self-centered.
