Regarding the actual search, she had a great eye for homes that fit what I was looking for, and when it came time to tour she was invaluable when it came to identifying potential red flags that may not be apparent to a less experienced eye. And for the process as whole, she was incredibly smart and diligent and really took care of most of the steps for me. Overall, Lindsay makes you feel valued as a person instead of a client, which helps build a lot of trust in the process. She will be my 1st call whenever the time may come to buy/sell.

I would highly recommend Kristen Martinez to sell your home. We had a plan to have another real estate person sell our house but we came across Kristen’s name and we had her give us a presentation on what she brings to the table to market and sell our house. She not only impressed us, she blew us away on all of the tools she has in her tool box in terms of real estate experience, marketing, business acumen and negotiating skills. Our house was sold quickly and at a price that was above our expectations!
