Shelley is the best! We hired her to help us sell our home, and I can't say enough about her expertise, professionalism, and positive attitude! She definitely knows the industry and what buyers want and expect. Shelley worked tirelessly throughout the entire process. On day one, she came in and listened to us and our expectations and then offered her opinion on what improvements our home needed. During the process, she pitched in and helped with some of the updates herself and she also worked with the professional contractors to help us achieve the desired home improvements, for the best possible prices. It had been over 20 years since we worked with a realtor, so I was a bit nervous about the entire process.
