Tatum was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me find my beautiful starter home. I was in a time crunch because my rental lease agreement was ending and had to move out within 45 days. He made sure that I was able to close on the house with ample time to move out of my rental and into my new house. Tatum made himself available day and night when I had questions and concerns. Sandra helped us navigate a crazy market and, as it turns out, an even crazier situation! We found our dream home minutes from downtown Roswell, and were able to buy off-market at asking.
