He was very prompt, knowledgeable and kept in constant contact with me to ensure that the sale of my home was complete without missing a step. This is everything that I look for in an agent and I will definitely use him when I purchase my next home.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! We are very grateful to him and thankful of him going above and beyond what was required. 10/10

Grace was ( is ) just fabulous in helping us find a new home and selling our old home. We had lived in our home 43 years and I had no idea how to go about selling or buying a home.
