I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.

Martina was wonderful and found the perfect furnished apartment for my mother in less than a week's time! I had spent months looking on my own, but Martina is an expert who knows the area and really listens to your needs. She was extremely attentive and thought of everything, negotiating with the landlord, asking all the right questions, and guiding us through the paperwork process. I know that I have found a realtor that I can trust and will definitely use again when my mom needs to look for a house, or if I need to relocate. She is an excellent communicator and really takes care of clients.

Bill has gone out of his way to make sure we understood all the details of selling. We work odd hours and he always showed up to meet us or speak with us no matter the hour or day(even on Sunday.) He was extremely knowledgeable of the market and was very patient with us, as we had many stipulations that he was very understanding of. He informed us at least twice a week on the market and the views the property was receiving. One call and we were able to hand all over to him with no worries. We sold for asking price and was only required to meet day of sell, he handled every aspect and it was fast and without any issues. We will always call Bill in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. I can’t stress enough how easy Bill made this process for us! Blake was amazing to work with! It took us a really long time to find and close on a house. He was extremely patient though out the process and showed us countless homes until we found the perfect one. He did a great job of identifying our taste and helping us figure out what the perfect home to meet our needs looked like, which was completely different than what we set out looking for in the beginning of the process. We have been in our home for a few months now and couldn't be more thrilled with it!
