AMAZING agent and now a personal friend. My wife met Tatyana and immediately she understood what we were looking for, was extremely responsive to questions and showing requests, and helped us find reputable contractors for some repairs as well. From start to finish, Tatyana made sure we were comfortable every step of the way and communicated clearly and often. There was never a time we were guessing what the status of our offer was, or the timeline to closing. We will DEFINITELY recommend her to any and all our friends looking at real estate.

Going through our home before putting on the market, Toni provide terrific insight on what to spend money in preparation of our home. We would have spent money on house selling preparation that would not have impacted the selling of our home. She was very responsive to questions. In addition, she has a polite but direct way of keeping us on track with important details and discussions. She checked to a few times to assure or house was appropriately priced in are market and we closed our house well within the price range that was determined.

I met Noel when he was about 15 years old. I watched him grow up, go off to college and become a great dad ! His knowledge and expertise in the real estate business is top notch is why I picked him to help sell my home . I would highly recommend Noel Arnold for any of you’re real estate needs. Scott Odom
